The Clinical Research Degree Committee (CRDC) has responsibility for the design and delivery of the MD and MCh programmes. The CRDC is responsible for admissions, appointment of Research Studies Panel Chairs and monitoring student progress. The CRDC makes recommendations to the university’s Graduate Research Board regarding requests for leave of absences, programme transfers, registration extensions, and the appointment of examination committees. The CRDC has 6 members, including 2 clinicians, Assoc Prof Cormac McCarthy is the Chair of the committee.
