- Project Go Live Calendar (IT Services access only) - This report displays future project Go Lives and Go Lives which have happened in the last 90 days.
The latest status updates for individual projects are shared with stakeholders outside of IT Services via Project Steering Committees (PSC) and the UMT IT Strategy Group.
Key Dates for Project Status Reporting
Updated Project Status Reports for Headline Projects are required 2 days prior to Services & Projects Group (S&PG) meetings. The same reports are provided to the UMT IT Strategy Group which (when scheduled) usually meets about a week later. The scheduled meetings are:

- UMT IT Strategy Group, 26 Sep 2024
- S&PG, Tuesday 15 Oct 2024
- S&PG, Thursday 21 Nov 2024
- UMT IT Strategy Group, 28 Nov 2024
- S&PG, Tuesday 17 Dec 2024
