1. Study in Dublin: Stage 3 (For GDIC Students)
Introduction
This guide explains the selection criteria and application procedures for GDIC students who wish to study at the UCD campus in Dublin. These criteria have been decided by GDIC in partnership with the UCD Schools. It was agreed that up to 20% of students from each of the three programmes (Biological Science, Food Quality and Safety, Horticulture) would be offered the opportunity to complete Stage 3 of their degree at UCD.

At the time of applying students should not be carrying any failed modules. All offers are conditional on students having completed all required modules prior to the commencement of their Study in Dublin |

GDIC will only offer spaces to students who meet the minimum criteria. This may result in some available places remaining unfilled.
Application process
All applications should be made through the UCD online applications system. The system typically opens for applications at the beginning of April and the application deadline is mid-April. GDIC students will be advised of specific application dates at the beginning of Semester 2

As students of UCD, you do not need to set up a new account. Select the option to use an existing account and use your UCD student number as the username. Your password will be the same as you currently use to access UCD systems. Once you have logged in, your personal details and course choice should be automatically populated. Once you have checked all details, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the green submit button. Your application should now be uploaded to the UCD system, and you should receive an email in your UCD account to confirm this.
A decision on your application will be made after the close of applications and when all relevant academic data is available.
Fees
You will pay fees as international non-EU students at UCD. Payments are made directly to UCD

Students will pay SCAU fees to maintain their SCAU registration and to be eligible to be awarded a SCAU Degree
Student Visa & Immigration Information

2. Students Mobility (For UCD Students)
