It’s been a while since we were able to offer in person exercise classes, so Culture & Engagement and Healthy UCD are delighted, in conjunction with UCD Sport and Fitness, to offer the following in person classes.
Running every Tuesday and Thursdays at lunchtimes, these classes, for all levels of fitness, will incorporate arms/abs and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and a variety of other fitness exercises that will burn fat, improve fitness and energy levels. The Bootcamp will primarily be held outdoors with the option of indoors on some weeks where the weather is inclement.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (26 April to 2 June 2022)

Our ever popular Pilates class will return with a beginners class taking place every Wednesday.
