The education and outreach activities of FMC2 focus on a number of distinct audiences. The core aim of its educational and outreach activities is to support the creation of a supply of highly-skilled personnel, trained post doctoral researchers and PhD graduates, and to support skills development of personnel in the financial services sector.

More broadly, the FMC2 education and outreach programme will also aim to encourage undergraduates in diverse majors including mathematics, engineering, science etc. to consider a career in finance and to encourage interest in finance, and essential enabling skills such as mathematics, in secondary school children.
